Fix buffering and freezing

Buffering usually comes from the network between your device and our servers.

Quick fixes

1. Restart your router and device.
2. Switch to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
3. In the app, open Settings → Server and choose another region.
4. Lower the stream quality to HD during big events.

Still freezing?

Open a ticket with the channel name and the time it happened — we can move your line to a less loaded node.
